Sanitätshelfer

I participated a Sanitätshelfer (paramedic) course. With this, I can participate events and maybe even safe lives.

At the moment, I’m member of the BRK Bereitschaft Neuperlach. Before I can fully start, I still need to complete a few courses:

• Rotkreuz-Einführungsseminar ✓
• Einsatzkräftegrundausbildung Betreuung
• Einsatzkräftegrundausbildung Technik und Sicherheit

There’s still a lot to learn about first aid.

I’m also supporting München Rettet Leben, an initiative to improve survival rates for cardiac arrests in Munich.

Volunteering

I started volunteering in 2021 for the München Marathon. Since then I did some more volunteer jobs.

Hiking Meetup

Meetup gives a platform to schedule events with others to join. I did a lot of hiking with Stefan, who was the owner of another hiking group. After him not finding the time any more, I started to organize hikes myself. We still meet once or twice the year for a nice hike.

I had quite a number of hikes in 2024, like Pendling, Kramerspitze, Schildenstein, Brecherspitze, Leonhardstein & Seekarkreuz, Riederstein & Baumgartenscheid, Hoher Fricken, Geierstein and Seebergkopf.

As a result, I also have collected all hike descriptions.
