Sanitätshelfer

I participated a Sanitätshelfer (paramedic) course. With this, I can participate events and maybe even safe lives.

At the moment, I’m member of the BRK Bereitschaft Neuperlach. Before I can fully start, I still need to complete a few courses:

  • Rotkreuz-EinfĂźhrungsseminar ✓
  • Einsatzkräftegrundausbildung Betreuung
  • Einsatzkräftegrundausbildung Technik und Sicherheit

There’s still a lot to learn about first aid.

I’m also supporting MĂźnchen Rettet Leben, an initiative to improve survival rates for cardiac arrests in Munich.

Hiking Meetup

Meetup gives a platform to schedule events with others to join. I did a lot of hiking with Stefan, who was the owner of another hiking group. After him not finding the time any more, I started to organize hikes myself. We still meet once or twice the year for a nice hike.

In 2023 I started with 2 hikes: Geitau - Hochmiesing - Spitzingsee and Walchensee - Heimgarten - Ohlstadt.

2024 was the most active year with 17 hikes: Seebergkopf, Geierstein - Fockenstein, Tegelberg & Branderschrofen, Riederstein & Baumgartenscheid, Leonhardstein / Seekarkreuz, Brecherspitze, Schildenstein, Kramerspitz, Rabenkopf, Drachenkopf, Mittenwalder HÜhenweg, Aiplspitz, Teufelstättkopf / Sonnenberg, Breitenstein, Kampenwand, Notkarspitze and Hochmiesing.
